Acclaimed Larrivée -02 Series expands with introduction of -02E electro-acoustic versions
Introduced in 2010, Larrivée -02 Series guitars have been something of a revelation in bringing genuine value to the quality acoustic guitar market, offering as they do renowned Larrivée build quality and tone in a series of all-solid wood guitars with a list price of just £849 inc VAT. Larrivée and UK distributor Sound Technology Ltd are pleased to announce an expansion to the range with -02E electro versions in the same three body shapes plus a new cutaway model.

With specifications and construction befitting guitars far beyond their price point, Larrivée -02 models are hand built in Larrivée’s Canadian factory and are available in three body shapes – L-02 (Larrivée), D-02 (Dreadnought) and OM-02 (traditional OM shape). All feature solid wood construction with a solid Canadian Sitka Spruce top and solid Mahogany back and sides. Specifications include a hand-fit dovetail neck joint, African Ebony fretboard & bridge, Canadian Maple body binding, symmetrical parabolic X-Bracing and Ping 18:1 tuners. All models ship with a deluxe hard shell Larrivée case.

Fitted with a great-sounding Shadow Nanoflex pickup system, all three body shapes are now available as -02E models. The L-02E, D-02E and OM-02E all have an RRP of just £999 inc VAT. A cutaway electro model is also added to the -02 line-up in the form of the LV-02E which has a list price of £1199 inc VAT.
