JBL Professional announce update to the JBL Pro Connect App for JBL portable PA ranges

JBL Pro have released an update to the JBL Pro Connect App for the JBL portable PA ranges PRX900 Series, EON 700 Series, EON One MkII and PRX One.

V1.6.0 brings a number of updates and enhancements including improved Bluetooth Audio and Control security and connection.

• Bluetooth Audio/Control security and connection enhancements

• Hardware System Lock for PRX ONE, EON ONE MK2, and EON700 Series

• Compatible Speakers list

• Firmware compatibility check

• Pass through renamed to Mix Out

• General Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements

Note: Due to Bluetooth security enhancements, users must unpair speakers from both the application AND their device’s Bluetooth list after a successful firmware update.
