‘An awesome creative tool’ – DigiTech JamMan Delay in Playmusic Review

“…the JamMan is an awesome creative tool with the potential to open up limitless possibilities to the musician, regardless of whether they are a fairly down to earth acoustic singer/songwriter or a would be Robert Fripp in the making”.

The latest addition to DigiTech’s hugely successful JamMan line of products, the JamMan Delay, is reviewed in Play Music Pickup Magazine.

The Looper in the JamMan Delay Looper offers true stereo looping with 35 minutes of built-in memory, 99 internal loop memories, and an SD card expansion slot for an additional 99 loops and over 16 hours of stereo loop storage. The JamMan Delay Looper’s delay is a powerful stereo delay with 3 fully programmable preset memories that can be recalled instantly via dedicated footswitches. A palette of 8 delay types offers tremendous flexibility in crafting virtually any delay sound.

“Compared to playing on your own the JamMan delay renders the typical lone practice routine sterile and dull compared to the discipline and sense of achievement of working through your scales and licks to the accompaniment of your own looped playing or even one of the unit’s simple drum and bass backing tracks”.

“Loop machines are an essential tool for the modern musician and the JamMan Delay is up there with the very best”.
