All products must receive a Returns Authorisation number from us in advance.

Exceptions

AKG service is administered through Sound Technology, but we use a 3rd party repair agent to carry out the repair work on our behalf.

JBL’s Intellivox servicing (formerly Duran Audio) is also handled through Sound Technology, but repairs are sent to their repair/service facility in the Netherlands.
