Sound On Sound have reviewed the new SSL UF1 DAW Controller for their July 2023 issue.
The review offers praise for the build quality of the UF1, stating that it has smooth fader control, high-quality screens and a nice jog wheel. There's also mention of its integration with other SSL products, providing a handy additional plug-in control when combined with the likes of UC1.
To summarise, the review concludes "Solid State Logic complete their trio of controllers with a neat device that offers much more than just transport, navigation and single‑fader channel control. The UF1 is also a highly specified hardware meter, a plug‑in controller and more!"
