TLAudio's Fatman 2 Fat has received an excellent review in the May 2006 issue of Future Music magazine.

The conclusion reads: "Overall I really like the 2 Fat.  The hybrid mic amp design allows for the best of both worlds, delivering a clean mic or instrument signal but with potential for some valve driver.  The compressor on the other hand does things very differently to a typical VCA design, and in many ways that's for the better.  I would like to see the threshold operational in program mode, but implementing that sort of feature may be too complex and push the £410 price tag further upwards ... Overall though, a highly desirable box for the money."

The 2Fat is awarded 10/10 for quality of results and build quality.
