Sitting above the SP2x in the range, the SP3x features 512 world class preset sounds include our acclaimed triple-strike Grand Piano, Rhodes, Wurlitzer and FM electric pianos, Stereo Strings, Brass, Guitar, Bass, Take 6 Vocals, Drums/Percussion as well as the world's best sounding GM sound set. 

The SP2x has been universally praised for its perfectly-weighted balanced action, and the SP3x is no different.  With an 88-note full hammer-weighted action, the piano sounds feel like playing a piano. And with aftertouch sensitivity, the SP3x allows more expressive playing for non-piano sounds like winds, strings and synths.

Sensational effects has always been an integral part of the Kurzweil sound and the SP3x is loaded with 128 effect presets taken from our acclaimed K and PC series, with better sound quality than most stand alone effects processors!
